"Koumbit International" happy hour, Friday Sept. 19th

This week's happy hour will take place under the theme of Koumbit's international activities.

All members and non-members interested in the fields of international development, and/or Free and Open Source Software (FOSS) development in an international setting, are welcome. This event will be the occasion to review Koumbit's past activities, and brainstorm on its current and future prospects.

Doors open at 17:00, and the first beer is free, as usual. A short briefing will be delivered by P.-E. Paradis around 17:30 to start the round table, which will be followed by informal discussions as long as the beer flows.

Among topics to be discussed:

• Koumbit's past and present experiences, as well as those of its individual members.
• International networking opportunities.
• Subsidy & financing opportunities.
• Are international development and FOSS development compatible notions?
